Chris has been a personal trainer for fifteen years and is the founder and owner. At sixteen Chris joined the British Army becoming Junior Leader Sergeant Major by the end of basic training. After training in military telecommunications Chris became a regimental PTI, coaching numerous sports and leading daily fitness programs. As an all-round sportsman Chris competed to a high level in several team sports and represented the Army and Combined Services at football. After leaving the Army in 1996 Chris qualified as an ACSM personal trainer and began training civilians with the same principles he developed in the Army. Triathlon became the focus in 2002 and Chris raced successfully at a variety of distances before specialising at Ironman. He competed throughout the world including the Hawaii Ironman World Championship in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2010. Chris Clarke Personal Training is the culmination of twenty years’ professional experience and embodies the same principles Chris has used throughout his career in fitness.
